The writer of it is Pronotto Loll Len, nephew of the great Keshab, a strong disciple of the Brahms family. He has been here several times and we have corresponded a good deal. he has been pressing me to write for a new Indian Organ, East and West, and now as you see the article early mentions Herbert Spencer." etc. much more.
