Copyright for The Blessed Damozel by Dante Gabriel Rossetti With Drawing by Kenyon Cox." "Dodd Mead and Company, New York," etc. Signed by A. R. Spofford of the Library of Congress. There is also a small note in pencil stating "Renewed No 13, 1914." A most scarce survival. Dodd, Mead's book was issued in huge folio format with heavy thick vellum covers, ornate gilt designs and superb illustrations by Kenyon Cox. Provenance: Directly from the William Fredeman Pre-Raphaelite Collection.
